Bromeliads Aechmea can be planted in full sun to shade and has a maturity size of 20in H x 30in W. This plant takes full sun in mild, coastal climates but prefers half-day sun in hotter inland climates. It's deep pink-red leaves are hard to beat and it doesn't get too large making it ideal for smaller planters or decorative pots. The bloom is a small cluster of white flower buds with purple flowers on the tips.
In addition to growing plants for local and national landscapers, our horticulturists here at Grant's Farm are constantly developing new species of beautiful Bromeliads. In 1991, after much deliberation, we decided to direct our passion, energies, and great patience, to commercial Bromeliad cultivation, exclusively for Wholesale supply. We are not open to the public.
Bromeliads are one of the most popular and easy-to-care-for plants. With more than 3,000 varieties and counting, these tropical plants come in a huge variety of shapes, colors and sizes — any of them sure to make a unique addition to your home or business. Bromeliads can be used in the landscape in frost-free areas of the state or grown in containers that can be moved indoors in areas where freezes occur. Since bromeliads require minimal care, they are an asset in the landscape.
Grant's Farm Nursery is located in South Florida and ships Wholesale tropical Bromeliad plants throughout the USA.
